sag control DHS1000D

The sag control DHS1000D was developed specially for control of machine parts, which recognise and proceed very thin and preasure sensitive materials. It is a fully electronic loop control with five light barriers, which recognise sag of material and convert the values into a target value.

Different, non inflexible materials like sponge rubber lines, sealing lines, silicon tubes, corrugated tubes, metal foils, steel cables and many more can be proceeded.

Inside the control unit, a 10V target value signal is converted and sent to the engine speed control of the connected device. The target values are connected to the light barriers. These connections can have a preset on demand. So it is possible to use the DHS1000D in wind- and unwind processes.

An optical display on the control panel of the light barriers makes the troubleshooting process easier.

The DHS1000D can operate in line with our coil unwinding systems SAR, with the pre-feeder ZG200B2 and the motorized unwinder ARG30M.
