The coil winder ZG15 S transports materials like ribbon cables, cords and strands by means of two vulkolan rolls, one of which is driven and the other mobile and spring-adjusted. The drive is generated by an electronically adjusted three phase motor that is adjusted steplessly by two potentiometers. One of the potentiometers regulates the velocity and the other is adjusted by a regulation arm by the transported material. Alternatively, the ZG15S can be adjusted by a wire regulation DHS1000D. A guide funnel between the rolls prevents the material from locking. Guidance at the intake provides for a straight intake of the material.
